Methods, Tools, and Processes (MTP) is responsible for the design and development of standards, processes, and reusable tools in support of the Roeslein&Tegron Standard Operating Procedures. MTP plans and deploys necessary resources to develop world class operational standards. The primary focus for MTP is to develop enterprise wide tools that directly impact operational efficiency, and develop processes for the retention of our intellectual property.
Scope of responsibilities for MTP include development, deployment and training of standard operating procedures, proposal and estimating standards, project execution standards, administrative functions, continuous improvement, and data retention standards.
MTP is the engine that drives consistent, expected results. |
